The pot
Answer on time, get paid in stock.
Every day puts up a pot of tokenised equity and everyone who answered inside the window splits it evenly. The pot is set before anybody knows who answered, so a crowd makes each share smaller and never makes the pot bigger. Nothing else pays: not a streak, not a retake, not being early.

Answer first, then look.
Nobody else's day opens until you have answered your own. When it does, the picture is still on the poster's device and this page has no way to reach it, so each card draws the hash the chain does hold. Same hash, same pattern, every time.

How the moment is chosen
Nobody knows when. Including whoever runs it.
A day runs in three acts. The first two happen before anything is announced, and together they take the choice away from the operator.
Act one. Commit.
A sealed salt, a day early.
The operator publishes the hash of a secret for a day that has not started yet. The secret is half of the moment. Committing late, or twice, or for today, is refused by the contract.
Act two. Stir.
Anyone adds the other half.
Once the day begins, anybody at all may mix entropy into that day's seed, as often as they like, until stirring closes. Every stir folds in the last one, so a contribution cannot be undone, only added to.
Act three. Open.
The reveal has to land on time.
The secret comes out and the contract recomputes the moment from the secret and the seed together. Early is impossible. Late is void. The two minutes start the instant the reveal lands.
The residual
There is one thing this does not fix, and pretending otherwise would be the easiest lie on the page. Whoever holds the secret can compute the moment once stirring closes, which is some hours before it fires. They cannot move it, fake it, or announce it early. They could tell somebody.
The defence is that the last stir wins. Anybody who stirs late in the phase pushes the moment somewhere new, and the operator learns the answer at the same time everyone else could. The number of stirs and the second each one landed are public, on every day, forever.
The honest version
What the chain actually proves.
It does prove
- The moment was fixed before the day began, and was not chosen by whoever announced it.
- The announcement landed on time, inside the minute it was already bound to.
- Your hash was committed inside the window, signed by your key.
- The file you show later is the file you committed, byte for byte.
- Your streak cannot be backdated. It is a run of consecutive days answered on time.
It does not prove
- That a camera made the picture.
- That the person in it is the person who posted it.
- That it was taken in the window rather than last Sunday.
- That the place it appears to show is where anybody was.
Scoring
The streak is the whole score.
Answer inside the window and the run grows by one, and you are owed a share of that day's pot. Answer after it and the entry is kept, marked late, the run goes to zero and the day pays you nothing. Say nothing and the day is simply missing from your record.
Retakes are allowed and counted. The photo changes; the clock does not.
A day the operator never opens does not exist. It breaks nobody's run, because a streak counts consecutive opened days and each opened day records the opened day before it.
The streak itself pays nothing. It is a record, not a balance, and the only thing that moves money is having answered inside the window on the day the pot was for.
Cost
You never pay to be somewhere.
Nobody is opening a wallet at four in the afternoon because a notification went off. You sign your post, which is free, and a relayer writes a whole day's worth in one transaction.
It can drop you. It cannot forge you or replay you, because the signature covers your own day, your own hash and your own take number. And if it does drop you, the contract takes posts straight from you, with nobody's permission.
